From its inception, the Academy for Mathematics & English and its affiliated learning centres across Canada have been active supporters of the Child Learning Fund of Canada (CLFC).

The Child Learning Fund of Canada's scholarship program for needy students provides invaluable assistance to those less fortunate. A comprehensive application process ensures that each student undergoes an academic assessment and a detailed means test. The applications are reviewed "blind" by the CLFC Advisory Council whose recommendations are then forwarded to the board of directors for funding allocation and final approval. A post-scholarship evaluation process will help CLFC monitor the effectiveness of its assistance to needy students and provide input for further program additions and improvements.
